| | Too Cold!Darn it, I sure don't like this cold weather. We've had too many days in the 20s and below. I'm ready for Spring. I'm tired of feeling chilly inside my house. Grumph! I keep thinking about what it must be like to be homeless, though, in this kind of weather -- never mind homeless with small kids. Wow, I'm so spoiled, aren't I? My brief association with the shelter program at my church has left me with an idea what hardship really means.
On the good side of this, the seven chirpulators (a/k/a chicks) we have in the house are all growing well and will, hopefully, be moving outside to the chicken house sometime in March. They're cute, but messy, and they're living in the room that will be my new office once we clear it of tools and chickens.
